Refund policy

To ensure your satisfaction, please note the following:

• Product inspection is allowed before receiving the order in the presence of the courier for a maximum of 10 minutes.

• Exchanges or returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date with no exceptions, subject to the following conditions:

1. Additional shipping fees will apply for collecting the order in case of exchange or return.

2. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with the tag attached.

3. The item value will be refunded within 30 days from the date the courier receives the returned item, after inspection and quality approval by our team.

4. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or electronic wallet.
